Do we offer a shuttle bus service?     No, but there are two Taxis companies in Taupo.

How far is the hotel from the airport?     17km or 15 minutes by car.

How many people in total can the hotel accommodate?     357 people utilising all beds. There are 187 accommodation rooms.

Maximum number of people in each accommodation room?     Depending on room type - King Room 2 people, Queen Room 4 people, Executive Double 2 people, Executive King 4 people.

Can you cater for dairy and gluten free?     Yes - our Chefs can cater to many different requests including Halal. Please ensure you inform the Resort prior to your arrival.

Have you got any paraplegic rooms with wheelchair access?     Yes - there are four disability rooms.

Have you got any smokers rooms?     We do not have Smoking only rooms but every room has it's own balcony or patio.
